Return & Refund Policy

Because many of our products are personalized and engraved specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for spelling errors, names, dates, or other personalization details entered during checkout. Please review all personalization carefully before placing your order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Personalized and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.

Refunds or Replacements
If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after reviewing the issue. In these cases, we will cover any applicable return shipping costs.
